As a college student, one often looks for comfort when it comes to making clothing decisions.
But wearing pajamas or sweats isn't the most flattering thing to wear on a daily basis.
Wish there was a way to combine the comfort of pajamas and the style of your favorite jeans? There is a way.
PajamaJeans™ is the latest comfort fashion that has many New Yorkers talking. PajamaJeans™ blends together a mixture of cotton and spandex to create comfort, while maintaining a form-fitting shape that claims to compliment any woman's figure ranging from a size 0 to size 12.
The new design has high-contrast stitching and brass rivets to give the illusion of jeans and declares that the fabric won't tug or bind and is as soft as cotton.
PajamaJeans™ are available online and by phone for $39.95 plus shipping and handling and have a pretty wide range of sizes, but only have one style- dark blue with yellow stitching and brass rivets around the pockets.
Christina Boyle from the New York Daily News polled New Yorkers just last week to see their reactions to the new invention. Sherrie Graddic, 45, who works in marketing and who lives near the Flatiron District said, "I think it's a great idea - I don't know why I didn't think of it."
Others, however, had a different opinion. "They may be okay in the office, but only if you could hide them under the table," said student Steffi Regoutz, 22, from Vienna, Austria. Sandra Markus, a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, thinks PajamaJeans™ indicate a lifestyle shift for Americans. "These days, pajamas are just casual wear, with the whole yoga influence. And jeans…they are ubiquitous. They are totally accepted, so why not as pajamas?" stated Markus.
What do you think of the new product?
Would you purchase and/or wear the revolutionary jeans or do you think the creation is a scam? Let us know what you think at http://www.kwuadvance.com/.
